Do you make NFL hats (Copyright, trademark, colleges, etc)? 

No, that would be illegal.  Feel free to contact us for legal alternatives.

Do we make our hatbills for other brands or personal hats? 

No. Not at the moment.

 

What size do our snapbacks fit?

Snapbacks are one size fits most.  However, our Island Silver Crowns have a slightly larger fit.  They are 62 cm, which is equivalent to a fitted size of 7 7/8.  Out New Era Snapbacks are 61.5 cm, which will fit up to a size of 7 3/4.

 

Is the wood Koa? 

Yes we only use solid Koa.

Are the diamonds real?

Yes, all natural. No lab kine. 

How do I clean my crown? 

Cleaning instructions

Can the hardbills bend?

No. These snapbacks are flatbilled and have our signature flatbill on them that doesn't bend.  Contact us if you want to order your crown without our hardbill on it.  

Can I order a hat without our signature hard bill? 

Yes. Without the bill the crowns are $35

 

Where do you ship to? 

All over the world.

How long does it take to ship an order? 

Most orders will ship within 7-10 business days

(We are closed on Sunday and Monday) 

 

What are your shipping fees?

$5 per order, anywhere in the USA

$25 outside the USA

What is your return/exchange policy?

We don't offer returns because our crowns are made to order.

We do offer store credit or exchanges. 

All exchanges must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be made within 30 days of receiving the order

  • Must have all tags still attached.

Island Silver Crowns will not accept exchanges if:

  • The item has obviously been worn

  • Smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors

  • Visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes

  • Alterations or modifications of any kind

  • Price tags are removed, altered or damaged

  • Other tags that are removed, altered or damaged

No shipping costs will be refunded for exchanges. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange of item(s) back to our store. The customer is NOT responsible for the re-shipment costs associated with the replacement item(s) back to them, ISC will incur those costs on behalf of the customer.
