KOA BILLS should NEVER be left in the car in hot conditions for long periods of time. The wood can warp. 

ACRYLIC bills should only be cleaned with blue cotton shop cloths and a 50/50 solution of alcohol/water. Acrylic is plastic and can scratch easily.

 

WARRANTY

Our warranty covers manufacturer defects only. If your emblem comes unsewn we will re-sew at no charge. If your bill un sticks-we will re-glue. We use an industrial strength adhesive for our 3D hatbills. We have worn and tested these for years and back up our crowns 100%. Warranty does not cover damage from being dropped or broken from mis-use
